Ingredients:-

Contains: Essential oils of lavender, peppermint, geranium and German chamomile, with infused oils of arnica and comfrey, in a light coconut and vitamin E cream base.

How to use

Apply locally after intense exertion or impact, rubbing in gently with the fingertips until the cream soaks in. Repeat as required while heat and redness persist. Do not use on broken skin.
