Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 Transactions for SB Holistic goods and services can be made via my online shop. I accept payments from a wide range of debit and credit cards, made securely online via PayPal. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account in order for you to pay online. 2.1. Packaging: all goods will be packaged either in padded envelopes, or in a suitably sized box with bubble wrap for protection. All packaging material may be recycled.
2.2. Dispatch: I aim to dispatch orders within a week of receipt. However, I am a one-woman band and also work as a therapist. There may therefore be occasional delays, especially if I am away or if I am experiencing adverse weather conditions. I shall contact you by email to update you whenever possible.
2.3. Delivery method: Goods purchased from SB Holistic will be dispatched by Royal Mail.
2.4. Delivery charge: I charge a flat rate for delivery, to account for postage fees, packaging costs and labour: £4.95 for delivery within the UK and £9.95 for delivery outside of the UK.
3. Returns and Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation: I hope that you will be very happy with any goods purchased from me. However, if you decide within 14 days of receiving your goods that you do not require them, you may return them unopened. You will then be refunded the total cost of your goods plus the flat rate delivery charge incurred upon purchase. SB Holistic is unable to reimburse your return postage costs in this instance. You are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us. SB Holistic cannot accept the return of products which have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons. In the event that you have purchased multiple items and wish to return just those which have been unopened, then SB Holistic will offer a partial refund.
3.2. Faulty goods: SB Holistic products are of the highest quality and I do not anticipate that you will have any problems with them. However, should you find any fault with your goods upon arrival, then please contact me immediately. You will be sent a prepaid returns label, so that you can return your goods. If I identify the same fault with the goods, you will be offered either a refund or replacement.

3.4. Your Consumer Rights: It is my responsibility to supply you with goods according to your consumer rights. If you feel that I have not met my legal obligations to you, please If you have difficulty in using the online shop and prefer to order by phone or email and pay by BACS, please contact me and I shall do my best to resolve the issue.
4. Feedback and Complaints
4.1 I welcome all feedback from my clients and customers. Positive feedback tells me what I am doing well, while negative feedback helps me to improve my service. Please call or email me with your comments. In the case of complaints, I shall attempt to resolve your concerns fairly and appropriately, according to the nature of your complaint.
5. Your information
5.1. Storing your information: the personal information which you provide when creating a trade account will be stored on an encrypted computer, accessible only to me. It is also stored on the online control panel for this website, accessible only to my web designer and myself.
5.2. Using your information: I shall primarily use your information to process your orders. If you have consented, then I shall send you regular newsletters and add you to my online stockists’ list. I may also contact you personally to ask how you are getting on with your products.
5.3. Privacy: the information which you provide will be accessed by me and also by my website designer, who helps me to keep my systems up-to-date. It is otherwise treated in the strictest confidence and is not disclosed to any third party.
5.4. Unsubscribing: if you decide that you do not wish to receive further newsletters, please click the link at the foot of the newsletter and you will automatically be unsubscribed. If you do not wish to receive any further personal communications from me, or if you wish to be removed from the stockists’ list, please contact me directly.
